The health and safety of YOU and the Brenwood team will always come before anything else and therefore we have been looking at how we could work safely.
So to ensure you can get the help you need whilst never compromising your health, we have introduced a series of measures to protect you and the Brenwood team.
1. Wherever possible, we would prefer you made an appointment to visit the garage
- This helps us to control the number of customers in the showroom at any one time and minimise the risk of customers overlapping
- Think of it like visiting your dentist or hairdresser - you can benefit from more time to find the right car
- If you would like to test drive a car - please ensure you book it in advance - just to enable us to ensure it is sanitised and ready for you
- AND DON't FORGET - WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ORGANISE A VIDEO WALK ROUND OR A HOME APPOINTMENT
2. Only 2 customers in the garage at any time
- We know it’s difficult but please do not bring the family and potentially put them at risk
- We will be operating a one way system with separate doors for entry and exit - please enter by the car park door.
- The doors may be locked - if so, don't be alarmed. It may just be a little busy in the showroom. A member of the team will unlock the doors when it is safe to do so.
3. Gloves and face masks will be provided by Brenwood (please put these in the bins provided when leaving) – we would prefer you wear the gloves to prevent having to sanitise the cars and surfaces after every customer visit
4. We are only accepting cards or BACS payments
- We don’t want the team handling cash or having to visit the bank and expose themselves to further risks
5. Every car (service and sales) will have all surfaces and touch points fully sanitised prior to hand-over
6. Please only visit the garage if you have to – we will still be offering our FREE collection service for all Service Customers – just call and pre-book as we anticipate this may be busy - there is only one Tommy!!
7. There will be no hoover on all service jobs until further notice. You will still get your complimentary exterior wash.
Again, we would strongly recommend booking an appointment so please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
