Brenwood Service Savings Plan

We want to make your life easier and take the hassle out of owning a vehicle. That is why we came up with a plan to make the service side of things much easier and give you full control.

So our Service Savings Plan is simple.

We will provide you with an idea of the costs involved in servicing your vehicle over 3 years, which is the average length of time most people own their vehicle for.

We split this into a budget monthly cost and then let you decide how much you want to pay.

If you want to pay a little less, no problem – it just means you may have to top it up when you come for a service.

The money you pay can be used for servicing, MOT, general repairs or tyres.

And, if at the end of the 3-year period, there is money left over, you could even use it as a deposit for your next vehicle or transferred to a family member’s vehicle.

Think of it like paying for your gas or electricity.

We suggest you start with a minimum £15 per month.

And best of all, you pay by standing order, so that you are in full control and stop it at any time.

At the end of the day, it’s your money – we are just here to help.

Cancellation Policy

  • You have 14 days no quibble return policy except when you have altered the vehicle from standard Manufacturer’s specification (in this instance no return is possible under any circumstance). You must inform us in writing by post or email is acceptable to greig@brenwood.co.uk.
  • £99 ONLINE Reservation Fee fully refundable.
  • Vehicle cancellation fee £500.
  • Holding deposit £250 kept until you return the Registration Document for the cancelled order.
  • You will be responsible for any Road Tax that we have paid for including extra charges that are payable upon registration of a new vehicle that are not refundable by the DVLA
  • It is your responsibility to return the vehicle to our premises. We charge £1.50 + vat per mile for us to collect the vehicle.
  • £0.10 per mile charge(+VAT) for vehicle having covered more than 537 miles since purchase.
